Responsibilities included:

• Sourcing and purchasing hardware and set finishes

• Working closely with Graphic Designer for set needs

• Purchasing specialty products 

• Location scouting and  surveying

• Instructing and guiding the PA and Coordinator in the office

• Communicating and creating art notes with specific set needs for prep

• Working closely with and overseeing Greens, Construction, and Paint to prep a location

• Coordinating with Locations for scouts, surveys, and prep
